Supply Lists & Teacher Letters

If you are planning on doing back to school shopping in August we recommend that your child starts the school year off with the following supplies. Please note that these supplies are optional. 

PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON ALL SUPPLIES OR AS GRADE LEVELS HAVE SUGGESTED.

• Box of crayons
• 4 Elmer's glue sticks
• 10 #2 pencils w/erasers
•  Clorox wipes
•  regular sized back pack
•  water bottle
• (no markers, mini pencil sharpeners)

Donations of any of the following items would be much appreciated:

• 5 Dry erase markers – black, fine tip
• 2 Fluorescent Yellow Highlighter, Chisel tip 
• Crayons – 24 pack
• 4 Elmer's Glue sticks – 1.27 oz. (large size, white)
• 12 Dixon Ticonderoga pencils
• 1 pack Crayola Broad Line Colored Markers
• 1 Pack of 12 colored pencils
• 1 yellow vinyl pocket folder
• 1 green vinyl folder with metal fasteners
• Pencil Bag with grommets
• Wet Ones  Antibacterial Wipes
• Tissues
• Gallon or sandwich size Zip lock bags
• Clorox wipes

*Supplies do not need to be labeled as they will be collected and distributed to students on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

• • (1) homework folder (plastic poly folders – NO prongs)
• • (12 pack) Crayola sharpened colored pencils
• • (12) Ticonderoga sharpened #2 pencils

• • Earbuds (or SMALL headphones)
• • (4) skinny highlighters (yellow, pink, blue, or orange)
• • Post-its (small rectangle & square)
• • Scissors (child-size with pointed end)
• • 4 pack Expo markers (skinny & black)

Third Grade Suggested Supply List:

 7  pocket accordion folder (We have found that the “Five Star 7Pocket Expandable Filing Folder with Zipper Closure” is the one that holds up the best and the one that kids can manage the best.)

Earbuds for Ipad use - store in a baggie with child's name clearly written

8  small glue sticks

2 sturdy 2 pocket folders (1 yellow, 1 green)

1 composition book – wide ruled (those are the smaller notebooks with the hardback binding).

1 - pack colored pencils (12 count)

1- box of crayons (16 count)

1 - pair of children’s scissors

We are delighted to welcome your child to 4th grade! We hope you are sharing an enjoyable summer together! To help prepare for the upcoming school year, please purchase the following items to bring in on the first day.

• Be sure your child’s name is on everything since students do not have desks of their own this year.
• Homework Folder 
• Pocket Folders – 1 Blue, 1 Green, 1 Yellow (3 holes pre-punched if using a binder)
• One 3-Ring Binder or an accordion folder
• Earbuds for ipad use—store in a baggie with child’s name clearly written
• Stylus for ipad use if you have one.
• Pencils – Mechanical pencils are allowed, but students often run out of leads. Please make sure that your child has pencils in the classroom throughout the year.
• Colored Pencils – 12 pack pre-sharpened
• Crayons – box of 24
• Zippered Pencil Pouch – store everything here; we move around a lot
• 2 Math Journals
• 2 Spiral Notebook – Single subject is fine
• 2 Elmer's Glue Sticks
• Scissors –Blunt child scissors are best
• Erasers
• Highlighters
• Pack of Dry erase Markers
• Black Sharpie
• multi colored post its  size 4 X 4 (2 packs)
• An Independent Reading Book – Something your child can’t put down and can’t wait to dive into again.
